Apart from being the Chief Operating Officer of Trainstation, she is also one of the Managing Partners of Ontrack Total Engagement Solutions, Inc., a company that creates holistic, research-based interventions, helping organizations achieve employee engagement breakthroughs. She has over two decades of experience in the sales inudstry and has established a successful track record in leading sales teams to achieve and exceed their targets. She’s a loving wife and mother to her son and fur babies.
